Arun and P's Arrivals Lounge: Should These New Singles Stay or Should They Go?

Urban Desi duo 241, DJ Pinkz, Juggy D, Groovemaster, Kevin Rudolf, Peter Jackson and Tanu have all made it to this week's Arun and P's Arrivals Lounge, but are their tracks here to stay or will they have to turn around and go back to where they came from? 241 - "Sun Goes Down"
Urban Desi duo 241 is ready to make a mark on the competitive music scene with their debut single "Sun Goes Down." Heych and Pav have chosen to do an upbeat dance number that will get your head bobbing and my even get you to dance. But will it stay in the Arrivals Lounge or will it have to turn around and go back to where it came from?

DJ Pinkz Ft Juggy D - "Freedom Desi Mix"
DJ Pinkz is mixing it up on the Bhangra scene as he has teamed up with Juggy D on his "Freedom Desi Mix." The song has its own unique sound; it's a fun and fresh tune that takes us to a sunny beach. And as usual, Juggy D takes it to another level with his vocals and attitude. Will "Freedom Desi Mix" be welcomed with open arms or will it be rejected?

Groovemaster - "Yo DJ"
Groovemaster is making his debut with "Yo DJ" as his first single. The dance number is contagious! The music is a mesh between funky house, dance, and grime, making it a unique track on the music scene. With a unique vision and sound, Groovemaster is sure to stand out from the crowd and "Yo DJ" will be one of the biggest dance songs in 2010. There's no doubt that fellow DJ's will be playing this song at clubs and parties across the nation. But can Groovemaster charm his way on to the charts or will he have to groove right out?

Kevin Rudolf Ft. Jay Sean, Lil Wayne & Birdman - "I Made It"
It's a family affair when it comes to "I Made It" as the Cash Money family is all featured on Kevin Rudolf's new track. Lil Wayne, Birdman, and Jay Sean all add their unique vibes to this song, making it appealing to the masses. The song is raw but Jay Sean adds a dash on sweetness with his pop image and Lil Wayne and Birdman keep it bad with their vibes. This is a collaboration incomparable to any other. But have the Cash Money boys made it or not?

Peter Jackson Ft. Patrick Christopher - "Indian Girl"
All things Desi have become a trend. From the success of "Slumdog Millionaire" to Bollywood dancing catching on with the masses, Desis are inspired to take their culture to the next level. Canadian hip-hop artists Peter Jackson and Patrick Christopher have titled their song "Indian Girl." and even though the song doesn't necessarily follow through on the Desi theme, it is a good start, but is it good enough to pass the borders?  

Tanu - "More Liquor" 
Tanu hails from Maryland, U.S. and is ready to take her place in the spotlight with her song "More Liquor." The song is something we can imagine being played on radio stations; its catchy lyrics and infectious tunes are perfect for clubs and parties. "More Liquor" was produced by Ron BeBerry and Bangladesh and reflects what's hot on the music scene today. But can Tanu bring her liquor through customs and make it to the other side of the Arrivals Lounge?
