"Saif Ali Khan abused and assaulted me" is what the victim that was beaten by Saif is telling the public today.

As you all know Saif made a statement saying it was out of defense but if you watch this video you will probably think otherwise.

The Agent Vinod star was annoyed that Iqbal, the victim, told him and his guests to quiet down at the restaurant so Saif took matters into his own hands.

Saif didn't even spare the victim's 68 year old father as Iqbal says that he punched and pushed him around too.

Saif Ali Khan is making the promotional rounds for his film starring his fiance Kareena Kapoor and we definitely have to wonder what Kareena has to say about all this since she and her sister were also at the restaurant.

Saif was able make bail obviously because of all the money he has but we hope justice will be served to this poor family and Saif will be punished for what he has done.
